Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping only across India.

1. All items will be shipped within 3 working days, after the order has been placed.

2. Customers will be sent a confirmation mail with details of the courier service and tracking number.
​
3. Cancellation of an order is possible within 24 hours after the order is placed. There will be a refund within 7 working days.

4. Kindly ensure that the address and phone number provided are correct and the package is safely received.
​
5. Due to any unfortunate circumstances, if a shipment is lost in transit, the customer will get a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN:
We have a no return policy because:
1. All products are thoroughly checked before packing and shipment.
2. All information regarding the product (fabric, size chart, washcare, etc) are clearly and correctly stated in details in our website.
3. We put immense effort to give our customers a personal experience while shopping and ready to answer all queries before purchase and to help
make the best choice via direct messages on social media or emails.

Note:
Our products are handcrafted and slight irregularities are a natural feature of the craft itself, which gives it a unique personal charm and appeal.
These irregularities should not be considered as a defect or flaw.
EXCHANGE:
Incase, of a rare occasion of size issues, we have an exchange policy.
Kindly, follow the steps below:
1. Please mail to us at kaizenbyng@gmail within 24 hours upon receiving the product, requesting an exchange.
2. Depending upon its availability, further steps will be taken.
3. We will send you an e-mail, confirming the availability of the size required.
4. Only upon confirmation of the availability of the required size, the customer has to safely send the product to us without any damage with all tags intact and has to bear the expense for the same. If the product is used, washed or damaged, it will not be accepted for exchange.
5. Upon recieving the product as it was sent (without use and any damage), the required size will be sent to the customer.
6. Henceforth, no more exchanges will be entertained.
7. If the required size is not available, the customer can exchange the product with another item or request for a store credit that they can avail in there future purchases.

Note:
No refund or return is available after the product has been used.
